Since most people are presenting when they’re sharing their screen it’s best to leave these two checkboxes checked so that other users will see your status as Do Not Disturb during a presentation. Do Not Disturb options – There are also two checkboxes in this section that control your status when you’re either presenting your desktop or duplicating your screen.One option allows anyone to see your status and the other setting allows your IT administrator to control who can see your presence status. ![]()
